Here are a bunch of old photos from someone’s family album, that have been waiting around to finally get scanned and posted. This is WWI Era (the date from the army barracks photos appears to be 7/20/18) and several show men in uniform, so these go up today, November 11th, to honor veterans. There is nothing to identify anyone in these photos, other than the one lone name, “Clara” and that appears on the back of one of the servicemen photos, so it must have been given to Clara; maybe she is one of the many young ladies appearing below. As to location, Midwest farm country is a logical guess. So, no i.d., or state, but wonderful photos nonetheless: of family and friends (including the four-legged and feathered variety and one motorized), and of daily life, comings and goings and big events.
From a family album, set of 62 photos. Circa late 1910s.
Average size: about 2 and 3/4 x 4 and 1/4″
